THEORETICAL BACKGROUND
To provide a solid background to my professional activity I...
-
follow the principles of cognitive psychology which focus on the thoughts in order to influence behaviour and emotions.
-
integrate in my model of human being the theory of positive intelligence from Shirzad Chamine and use techniques of the positive psychology grounded by M.Seligman.
-
base my mental training upon the evidence of the research in neuroscience, following among others Facundo Manes and his "Instituto de Neurología Cognitiva".
-
base my coaching model on logotherapy from Victor E. Frankl that focuses on the importance of purpose and meaning in life.
-
implement the concept of "La segunda adolescencia" formulated by Deborah Legorreta and built up from the theory from "individuation" defined by Carl G. Jung.
-
adapt my coaching "for women" to the specific gender differences in mental processes described among others in the research of Pilar Sordo.
