Hola, Hello, Hallo!

very pleased to meet you here. I am Ainhoa, a mum with Spanish roots and multicultural life experience. I decided years ago to priorize my familiy over my professional development and that was an excellent choice I will never regret.

As I reached the second adolescence stage I went through this process of redefining myself and decided to reactivate my professional activity combining it with childcare. I wanted to develop "from a mum to a woman" keeping always my mother's role. 

I became first an official Zumba trainer and later developed this coaching service to help women go through this process with my professional support.

As a psychologist I help you understand the underlying processes of your behaviours and emotions and as a coach I go along with you to reach your personal goals.
